General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

All insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

Health status:
I would like to point out that participation in the exercise activities requires physical health.

Disclaimer:
We are not liable for injuries that participants sustain during the courses through their own fault or the fault of another course participant.
Course participants and their legal guardians assume personal liability in the event of injury, theft, loss of personal items and any other damage during or after the lessons. Liability of the course leader or their representatives is excluded.

Infrastructure:
The premises must be left clean and tidy and the materials and inventory must be used with care by all participants in the offers and cleaned if dirty. The entire inventory in the premises is the property of Fitness Paradies and the company bärenstark kids.
Cancellation of lessons:
If you are unable to do so, I ask you to cancel the offer at least 24 hours in advance by email, SMS/WhatsApp or telephone. Otherwise the hour will be charged.

Payment method:
Trial lessons must be paid for in cash in advance. Each additional hour can be paid individually or as a subscription before the offer starts.

Refund:
No claim for refund can be made. In the event of an accident or illness, the subscription can be extended after consultation with a doctor’s certificate.
